Rip Walker, MAI, has been a real estate appraiser for over thirty-five years and obtained his MAI designation in 1985.
Because of his long term career, Rip has been involved in some of the most complex appraisal assignments in his market area
He was the President of the Mississippi Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 1998, and of the Memphis Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2009. Rip has an accounting degree from Delta State University.
Jeff Norwood joined the firm in October 2002 and had three years of experience in the appraisal business prior to that.
Prior to his current position, he was in the commercial lending department of Trustmark Bank for approximately five years.
Jeff is a native of DeSoto County, Mississippi and specializes in income producing property appraisal assignments in that county.
He has extensive experience in the valuation of single family residential subdivisions, which is such a large part of the development of DeSoto County.
Jeff has an accounting degree from Mississippi State University. He is a Candidate of the Appraisal Institute and the 2014 Secretary/Treasurer of the Memphis Chapter.
Troy VanDyke, MAI, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee and Mississippi.
He has been with the firm since March, 2005. Prior to joining the firm Troy was a commercial real estate lender with First Tennessee and NBC (now SunTrust).
Troy earned a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business and Economics. He is the Chairman of the Memphis Branch Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Allen Sledge joined the firm in January 2006, but already had over two years of experience appraising real estate with the Mississippi Department of Transportation in the specialized field of eminent domain.
Allen is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas.
He is currently a Candidate of the Appraisal Institute.He is a graduate of Delta State University with a degree in real estate and insurance.
